Biography

Carolyn Dunford was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and was raised in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She received a BFA from the University of Massachusetts at North Dartmouth in 1981. Ms. Dunford began painting in oil in 1999 and has studied general painting methods and techniques with Marc Bohne, a landscape painter. Carolyn is an accomplished realist painter and currently works in abstract imagery in the oil and encaustic mediums. She lives and works in Seattle, Washington.
